Which payment methods are accepted?

PIX (instant), credit card in up to 12 installments and debit card. Payment is made securely before the optimization begins.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, we accept up to 12 installments on credit card. The session is scheduled after payment is confirmed.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 15-day guarantee. If you notice no performance improvement, our team reviews the service. A full refund is granted if the review does not solve the issue.

How much FPS will I gain?

It depends on your current PC configuration. On average, clients report a 40 to 120 FPS gain. PCs that were never optimized tend to see bigger gains. What matters most is consistency: eliminating drops and stutters in decisive moments.

Do I need to change hardware?

No. The whole optimization is done via software. Default Windows wastes 30-50% of the hardware potential on unnecessary processes. Optimization solves this without spending anything on parts.

Does the optimization work with anti-cheats (Vanguard, EAC, BattlEye)?

Yes. UPBOOST knows the requirements of every anti-cheat and applies only compatible tweaks. All clients keep playing normally after the optimization.

Does it work for laptops?

Yes. The Laptop Package includes tweaks specific to thermal throttling, power management and laptop limitations. Lower temperature and more stable FPS.
