Affiliate Program Terms

The UpBoost Affiliate Program allows content creators, streamers, influencers and gaming enthusiasts to promote UpBoost services and earn a commission for every completed sale made through their exclusive coupon.

Participation is free — no entry fee, monthly fee, or associated cost. UpBoost reserves the right to accept or decline applications according to internal program criteria.

Upon registration, the partner receives an exclusive coupon generated automatically from their username. This coupon is unique and non-transferable.

• The coupon identifies all purchases generated by the partner
• The referral link follows the format: upboost.pro?coupon=YOUR_COUPON
• The partner may share the link on any platform of their choice
• It is forbidden to alter, forge, or attempt to manipulate coupon tracking

Partners have access to an exclusive real-time dashboard showing:

• Visits generated by your link
• Purchase attempts (intentions)
• Conversions (confirmed purchases)
• Full event history
• Charts by period (today, week, month)

Partners earn a commission for every confirmed sale generated by their coupon. The rate is set individually at registration and may vary by partner profile and sales volume.

• Payments made monthly via PIX
• Minimum payout threshold set at registration
• Cancelled or refunded purchases do not generate commission
• UpBoost may adjust commission rates with 15 days prior notice

By participating, the partner agrees to:

• Promote UpBoost services honestly and transparently
• Not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about the services
• Not use spam, unauthorized ads, or black-hat techniques
• Not impersonate UpBoost or create materials that mimic the company's identity without authorization
• Keep registration data up to date, especially email and payment details
• Not share dashboard access with third parties

UpBoost may terminate the partnership without prior notice if the partner adopts conduct that:

• Damages UpBoost's reputation or image
• Involves hate speech, discrimination, or illegal content
• Uses the program for fraudulent activities
• Violates UpBoost's Terms of Service or applicable law

The partnership is for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either party at any time with 7 days prior notice.

Upon termination:

• The partner's coupon will be deactivated
• Commissions from already-confirmed sales will be paid in the next cycle
• Pending commissions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• Dashboard access will be revoked

UpBoost grants the partner a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the company name, logo, and provided promotional materials solely for program promotion purposes. Creating materials that impersonate UpBoost's official channels without written authorization is prohibited.

The partner operates independently and has no employment, partnership, or agency relationship with UpBoost.

UpBoost is not responsible for partner revenue losses arising from technical instability, service changes, or external factors affecting sales volume.

UpBoost may update these Affiliate Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the dashboard after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

By registering for the UpBoost Affiliate Program, the partner declares to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.
