Refund Policy

The services offered by UpBoost are personalized digital services, performed directly on the client's computer via remote access.

Once the optimization is executed, the changes remain applied to the client's system, characterizing the complete delivery of the contracted service.

Every UpBoost session includes a 15-day guarantee, counted from the date the service was performed.

During that period, if your computer's performance regresses or any tweak stops working as agreed, UpBoost redoes the optimization or makes the necessary adjustments at no additional cost, as many times as needed.

If, after that revision, the reported problem remains unsolved, UpBoost refunds 100% of the amount paid, as long as the request is made within the 15 days.

The guarantee does not cover hardware failure, changing parts, or changes made to the system by the customer or by third parties after the session. If you format your computer, reapplying the optimizations follows the terms of your plan.

Refund requests are reviewed within the 15-day guarantee period and after the revision attempt described above. The revision comes first because, in most cases, the expected result is reached with a new round of adjustments.

Outside the 15-day period, and due to the nature of the service provided, refund requests are not accepted. Exceptions may exist but must be agreed upon in advance.

If it is identified that the client's system was already previously optimized, the service will still be considered as having been fully executed.

In specific and proven circumstances, UpBoost may individually review exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

In accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, the client may request cancellation within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided the service has not yet been started.
